Miggi provides the following services to you, subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using this app, you agree to these Terms, which may be revised at any time without prior notification. Please consult the Terms regularly.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute an agreement between the Mobile Application Developer ("Mobile Application Developer," "Miggi Team," "Miggi," "Miggi App," "us," "we," or "our") and you ("User," "you," or "your"). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions for your use of the Miggi mobile application and any of its products or services (collectively referred to as "Mobile Application" or "Services").

Changes to the Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time, for example, when we update the functionality of our Services, combine multiple apps or services operated by us or our affiliates into a single combined service or app, or when there are regulatory changes.

Accounts and Membership

You must be at least 14 years of age to use this Mobile Application.

By using the Miggi Mobile Application and agreeing to this Agreement, you warrant and represent that you are at least 14 years old.

User Content

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, appropriateness, and intellectual property ownership of all submitted content.

We may, but are not obligated to, monitor and review content in the Mobile Application submitted or created using our Services.

You grant us permission to access, copy, distribute, store, transmit, reformat, display, and perform the content of your user account solely as required to provide the Services to you.

Prohibited Content

Please be aware that certain content is prohibited, including but not limited to adult content, nudity, violence, harassment, self-injury, false news, spam, unauthorized sales, hate speech, and terrorism-related content.

Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) — including child sexual abuse material, the sexualisation of minors, grooming and sextortion — is absolutely prohibited. Accounts involved are permanently banned and reported to the authorities.

If you encounter such content, you may report the user to Miggi's staff. Additional steps include blocking the user, preventing further contact.

Miggi has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Our published standards, including how to report CSAE and how to reach our child safety point of contact, are set out in our Child Safety Standards.

Backups

We perform regular backups of content for our administrative purposes only. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of your data.

We do not provide any compensation for lost or incomplete data in the event that backups do not function properly.

Accepting the Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them.

Your access to and use of our Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, the terms of which can be found directly on the Platform.

Your Account

When creating your account, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. It is important to maintain and promptly update your details to keep such information current and complete.

You must keep your account password confidential and not disclose it to any third party. You agree that you are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to disable your user account at any time, including if you fail to comply with any provisions of these Terms or if activities on your account could damage, impair the Services, or violate third-party rights or applicable laws.

The security and confidentiality of your account, including your password, username, and PIN, are your personal responsibility. All losses and risks arising from your negligence in maintaining such security and confidentiality are borne by you.

We reserve the right to change, suspend, or cancel all or part of the features of the Miggi Application. Miggi may launch certain services or features in beta, which may not be as reliable as the final version, and we are not responsible for that.

Miggi can also restrict certain features or access to your account for parts or all of the Activities or Services at our sole discretion and without prior consent or obligation.

If the Miggi server is restarting, we will notify you in advance. If you attempt a transaction during the restart, we are not responsible for any loss of MCR.

We only provide the official Miggi App through official app stores — the Google Play Store, and the Apple App Store where available. We are not responsible for any application that does not function properly or jeopardizes the security of your account if it was downloaded from any source other than the official app stores.

Purchases and Virtual Items

Optional purchases — such as MCR credit packs, emoticon packs, and add-ons — are billed through the app store (Google Play). The price is shown before you confirm, and payment, taxes, and refunds are handled under the app store's policies.

MCR and other virtual items are a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use them inside Miggi. They are not money, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value outside the app.

Some features, such as chatroom games, consume credits to enter. Game entries are returned only when a game cannot start. Credits spent on features, gifts, or games are otherwise not refundable.

If your account is permanently banned or deleted for violating these Terms, any remaining virtual items may be forfeited without compensation.

Your Obligations

You shall not:

Copy, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, license, or display in public, either in part or in full, reverse engineer, transmit, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Miggi App.
Upload, arrange, transmit, or make available content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane, invasive, hateful, or containing racial intolerance.
Attempt to decompile, disassemble, or hack the Service, or defeat encryption technology.
Interfere with the normal flow of dialogue or take actions that negatively affect other users.
Use the Service to violate applicable laws related to money laundering or terrorism.
Use third-party applications to claim vouchers using multiple IDs.
Buy, sell, or exchange MCR outside the app. Credits can only be obtained through official in-app purchases (billed by the app store) or in-app rewards; they have no cash value and may not be traded or exchanged for money or anything of value outside Miggi. Accounts involved in outside MCR trading may be suspended.
Engage in activities that disrupt other innocent users in the room.
Create and use offensive, abusive, or inappropriate usernames.

Violations of Our Terms of Service

Violations of our Terms of Service may result in:
